This WHOLE life resource will help children have the skills and tools to self regulate when they are stressed, anxious, depressed, sad, traumatized, mad, and/or overly excited throughout their WHOLE lives.
They will be able to balance their own social and emotional needs because they will know what it's like to be calm and feel good.
They WILL use their own Super Powers - yes the Super Powers THEY already have - but need to be taught how to use THEIR Super Powers and then encouraged to practice using THEIR Super Powers in order to make them effective. STOP. LOOK. LISTEN. WIGGLE. BREATHE. and VISUALIZE. to calm now and for the rest of YOUR life and YOUR children's lives.
