Purchase Hedgy's Guide to Calm to Begin YOUR Journey to Calm!

In order to begin, go to Hedgy's Store and purchase Hedgy's Guide to Calm PDF or EPUB (Purchase one or the other and I will send you both), and Hedgy Calm Action Song MP3 w/o VISUALIZE (to begin with); purchase Hedgy Calm Action Song MP3 with VISUALIZE once you're ready to introduce the BONUS Super Power VISUALIZE. 

I downloaded my Hedgy's Guide to Calm on the Books app on my iPad. (I'm not sure how it will work on other tablets.). I prefer the look of the EPUB on the Books app because you can see two pages at a time (like a real book). PDF is viewed one page at a time. There are other resources under Hedgy's Store. 

I suggest that you read the original Hedgy's Guide to Calm and listen to the Hedgy Calm Action Song first and then purchase the other resources as you go. The lessons plans (Hedgy's Guide to Teaching Hedgy's Guide to Calm) and the Hedgy Calm Action Song Cards are for FREE! 

Download those to get so you will have a better understanding on how your can implement the program. Read the original Hedgy's Guide to Calm and listen the the Hedgy's Calm Action Song. 

I HIGHLY recommend that you use the program for yourself by adding it to your own daily rhythm and routine.
