When you practice using your Super Powers, you will then know how to balance and reset your nervous system and will be able to calm yourself down when you need it. When YOU become in tune with your own body's social and emotional needs, you will be more in tune with your student's and children's social and emotional needs. Once you and your student and children know how to use Hedgy's Guide to Calm, you will all be able to help each other to calm down throughout the day which sill lead to a more productive learning environment. Hedgy's Guide to Calm will help make classroom management easy and successful.
