STOP. Just freeze. LOOK. at what your body’s doing and now, LISTEN. To the sounds your body is making and WIGGLE. your toes,, BREATHE. slowly in through your nose HOLD and slowly out through your mouth and VISUALIZE. one of your favorite persons, places, or activities.
Tip:
You can use each Super Power on its own, but they are more powerful when you use them together.
