TAKE YOUR TIME introducing Hedgy's Guide to Calm self regulation program to your students. 

Begin with introducing Hedgy, your cute, adorable, and trustworthy guide, to your students. Post the Hedgy Calm Action Cards in your classroom; sing the Hedgy Calm Action Song all day, every day; and then introduce the first FIVE Super Powers - one Super Power at a time.
