When learned at a young age (or any age!), it can used to recall the Super Powers to help calm down YOUR nervous system during YOUR whole life. I recommend that YOU begin to teach Hedgy Calm Action Song! (without VISUALIZE.) when introducing Hedgy's Guide to Calm to younger children and then add VISUALIZE once they have a good understanding of using their first 5 Super Powers: STOP. LOOK. LISTEN. WIGGLE. & BREATHE.
